Mame Kurogouchi cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs and payment process over which it has no control.
• This table shows the standard shipping cost. If it is a large size, the shipping fee will be different. Large size items are listed on the product page.
• We may cancel your order due to international circumstances or logistics.
• Normally, the products are shipped directly to the customer. However, the delivery method may vary depending on the destination country and the delivery service. We are unable to track these variations, so please check this information yourself. You can verify which delivery agency is holding your package using the tracking number provided at the time of shipment.
• If the package is not received by you and the storage period at the delivery agency expires, the product will be returned to Japan. In such cases, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. We will refund the product cost after deducting the return shipping fee from the payment amount.
• Please note that customs inspections may vary in duration depending on the time of year and the volume of shipments.

Payment Method

After you apply for the purchase and confirm the details in our online store, you will receive an email about the payment from Paypal. Please make sure to proceed payment within 3 days.

Taxes and Duties

For international shipping, all applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay so please contact to your local customs for the price estimate.
The duties may be charged upon reception of your purchase or invoiced afterwards.

If you order from a country other than Japan, we will charge you the product price and shipping fee.

Returns Policy

Mame Kurogouchi has 7 days returns policy for defective products. Any claim regarding the product(s) must be submitted in 7 working days following receipt of the product(s). They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tag, etc.). The customer must contact the customer service beforehand via e-mail at contact@mamekurogouchi.com to obtain further instruction.

The returns and exchanges shall be accepted only for following conditions.

Mame Kurogouchi does not accept returns or exchanges unless the product has initial defects.
Please kindly be aware that due to the nature of viewing condition or device, the product images may slightly differ from actual products. You can inquire us via email for accurate information.

1. Within 7 days of arrival of the product(s).
2. All items must be tried indoor and ideally on a carpeted surface for shoes until you decided to keep them.
3. Make sure all products must be returned exactly as you received them, including tag, interior papers and seal still attached.
4. All products which come in their own box, including but not limited to shoes and accessories, must be returned in their original, undamaged condition as this is considered part of the product.
5. We cannot accept return, refund or exchange of sale product.
